How to Claim Prize

Claiming PCSO Lotto prizes follows a tiered process based on the prize amount.

For prizes of ₱20 or less:

Visit any authorized PCSO Lotto outlet.

For prizes of ₱21 to ₱10,000:

Approach any authorized PCSO Lotto outlet or PCSO Branch Office.

For prizes of ₱10,001 to ₱300,000:

Proceed to a PCSO Branch Office or the PCSO Main Office.

For prizes of ₱300,001 and above:

Head directly to the PCSO Main Office.

Regardless of the prize amount, the following documents are mandatory for claiming:

The winning ticket
A valid ID
A completed claim form (for prizes of ₱10,001 and above)

The claim form can be obtained from the PCSO Main Office, any PCSO Branch Office, or downloaded from the PCSO website.

Upon submitting the required documents, your prize will be processed. For prizes of ₱300,001 and above, you’ll need to wait for the check to clear before encashing it.
